The path between Berstad and Rimstad is not just a hiking route, but a living historical connection to Norway's pilgrimage heritage and monastic life at Selja.It has previously been used as both a pilgrim road, a church road and a post road.
For traveling pilgrims, this was the one the most common routes used to visit the monastery at Selja, and we offer you the same experience.

The guided tour starts and ends at our office in Selje. Here you can park your car, store personal belongings safe and change clothing.
We can be helpful with transportation if needed to/from Selje and also from our office in Selje to the start of the trail.
