This Mountain Range is easily our most unique in looks and offers a spectacular view over the ocean area between Stad and Vågsøy. On this hike, you will look straight over to the historical island Selja. The view points offers a rare perspective on the island’s Monastery through out the entire trip.
This trail both starts out and ends pretty steep, but the majority of it, you will be walking on a very nice and flat grass turf.

Time - 3 hours
Total Climb - 300 vertical meters

Recommended Age - 12+
(Children must be able to walk the distance themselves)

This trail starts out with a steep hill going through a sheep pasture followed by some stone steps. These steps leads you to a grass turf mountain plateau.
On this plateau, you will be walking along steep cliffs with spectacular scenery. This requires that you tread carefully and stay with the group.
(Expect going both up and down some pretty steep hills)
This hiking trail starts at Liseth, 5 min from our office in Selje.

The guided tour starts and ends at our office in Selje. Here you can park your car, store personal belongings safe and change clothing.
We can be helpful with transportation if needed to/from Selje and also from our office in Selje to the start of the trail.
