Not far from the West Cape you will find this gem - an idyllic place on the Stad Peninsula, below Furehornet, lies Indre Fure with a beautiful cluster farm.
The walk goes from the farm and out along the sea. The sea path out to Ytre Fure is sometimes well-paved and easy to follow, but the path can also be somewhat "airy" and challenging for those who are afraid of heights or have problems with balance.
At Kolbeinsvadet, a better passage has been blasted out. Further out towards Fure, some ropes have been set up that you may have to hold on to in the most exposed places. The path further up the mountain shows here and there, but is somewhat overgrown.
There are few animals grazing in the area, only a few wild goats. Previously, the route over to Hoddevika was much used, and the large-fielded landscape there is reminiscent of Lofoten.

The guided tour starts and ends at our office in Selje. Here you can park your car, store personal belongings safe and change clothing.
We can be helpful with transportation if needed to/from Selje and also from our office in Selje to the start of the trail.
